As you've figuered out from my other rantings....off road parts are not available for my model of Pathfinder....so inginuity and patience are necessary....
Decided to build my sliders....Inner piece is 1/8 wall 2x2 and the outer slider is 3/16" wall 2x2 squre tube. I used some 1 1/2 square tube as the connector pieces....Next is to build the brackets to bolt the whole thing where the original step tubes connected to....The 2x2 under the door is actually pressed up against the pinch seam and will be bolted to the seam later.
