Brackets are made from three different pieces of 1/4" plate....cut each square....drilled holes for bolts, bolted lower and upper piece on first the measured and cut for center angled piece...tacked center piece in place, unbolted and finished welding it up....had to weld a few inches at a time then let it cool a bit so it didn't warp...

The outer support pieces are 1.5" thick wall square tube which were perfect...just the right thickness to fully contact both the bracket and the pinch seam 2x2
